Robert is available to help homeowners resolve difficult water intrusion problems. The methods he uses allow him to identify the source (or the sources) of leaks and other Indoor Air Quality problems. Once Robert has found the source (or the sources) of the problem(s), he prescribes a course of action that will give the client's building "A Clean Bill of Health."

Robert documents and photographs the problem areas. This is useful if insurance reimbursement is possible, or for documentation of who may be responsible for a "Cause" of the problem. If arranged for in advance, video will be taken of the testing process; professionally created DVDs may be produced that demonstrate any leaks discovered.

After the inspection is completed, Robert professionally prepares a report that accurately describes the leaks discovered; opinions are given that describe what is necessary to mitigate the problems. Fees for services vary upon where the property is located. Robert has traveled both nationally and internationally to assist homeowners with leak problems.
