Services include investigation to determine the probable locations and causes of water intrusion, assessment and evaluation of the condition of construction materials and material assemblies in connection with water intrusion, the nature and extent of water damage to the building, and recommendations for repair or retrofit. When necessary, invasive examinations of construction will be done.
A report is submitted with recommendations and specifications for construction of repairs or retrofit
Additionally, monitoring the recommendations as the owner's agent for construction is always recommended. I serve as expert witness, when called upon.
