Architectural Review

Robert offers a 7-point architectural review of a project's construction documents. The architectural review is an examination of the schematics or construction drawings, details and specifications, and other project information that defines the water protection systems of a building and Indoor Air Quality.

Construction Monitoring/Quality Assurance

During the course of construction, Robert provides third- party on-site observation services to assist clients in monitoring and documenting critical waterproofing systems and Indoor Air Quality equipment installations.

He observes and documents both the installation and testing of Indoor Air Quality building systems during construction and provides a written final report at the project's completion.

Post-Occupancy Consulting

Robert conducts post-construction property inspections one year after construction or on a predetermined date. A post-construction inspection serves to identify conditions that may require repair or alert property owners to maintenance issues requiring attention. Post-construction inspections support good building practices and provide information to reduce future problems and the possibility of litigation.
